Here is a list of the staff and what they do, as well as requirements to become that staff member.
Owner and Founder
Basically me. I have all the jobs, total authority, yadda yadda, whatever other admins say about themselves. But I don't believe in total control and say that everyone, including the newest member, has just as much say as everyone else.
[X] Crystal Pisces
Overall Staff
This is the second highest staff, and the bosses mostly equal to my authority. They over see all boards, and are the main bosses over the other staff. They enforce major rules, help with major conflicts, and have higher say in staff related debates. Top senior takes over in Owners absence.
Need to be active for two months, has been a Affiliate or Art staff AND a Support or Organization staff at one point. You need to be fair and friendly and fairly active (4-5 times a week at least), and trustworthy by me.

Organization Staff
Organization staff keep track of archives, member activity and activity checks. They also make sure the right topics are posted in the right boards, and move them if they're not, as well as send a message to the member as a note.
Need to be active for one month, and has had prior experience staffing The Blog! as any of the below. You need to be highly active and opservant of the whole message board to fulfill this job.

Support Staff
Support staff are specifically picked for a separate board in the Support category. This makes it easier to get answers and help for members in need.
Need to be active for at least one month, and have worked there way up from either affiliate or art staff. You can't just apply for this position without prior experience of staffing The Blog! unless your excellent for the job.

Art Staff
People specifically good with art get freedom to work with members to develop skins for The Blog! and help members learn to create their own for their own forums, or just to help give tips. They have a side job of watching over the Fun Chat category as well.
To get this you need to send me several art samples of yours (being graphics, drawings, etc) as well as being active for two weeks.

Advertising Staff
As the name says, this job is mostly for advertising and affiliating with other websites, as well as managing the Plug Catagory.
To get this job you can just apply. But you need to have been active for at least a week, posting and what not.
